In accordance with the directives of the Dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim<\/strong>, the Head of the Department of Biology, Prof. Dr. Amjad Abdulhadi Mohammed<\/strong>, held a meeting with the department\u2019s faculty members on the morning of Monday, 6 April 2026<\/strong>, in the presence of the Department Secretary, Asst. Prof. Dr. Alaa Hussein<\/strong>, ahead of the commencement of the final practical and theoretical examinations for undergraduate and postgraduate students during the second semester.<\/p>\n

The meeting reviewed key directives related to the preparation and structure of examination questions, regulations governing their formulation, and the procedures for submitting continuous assessment grades. Emphasis was placed on adhering to the scientific and administrative standards that ensure the integrity, quality, and smooth conduct of the examination process.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, the Head of the Department stressed the importance of full compliance with the applicable ministerial regulations and instructions, particularly under the current circumstances, in order to ensure the continuity of the educational process and the successful completion of academic requirements while maintaining the quality of educational outcomes.<\/p>\n

He also highlighted the necessity of providing an appropriate and supportive environment for students during examinations, adhering to established schedules and deadlines, and fostering a spirit of teamwork among faculty members to ensure the success of the examination process and achieve the best possible outcomes.<\/p>\n

The Department reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining academic excellence and supporting students throughout their educational journey by ensuring fair, organized, and efficient examination procedures.<\/p>\n
