X-ray diffraction (XRD) results showed that all samples exhibited a tetragonal crystal structure, with an increase in the lattice parameter (c) from 8.05 at x = 0.1 to 8.20 at x = 0.3, followed by a decrease to 8.10 at x = 0.4.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1510\">Electrical measurements using the four-probe method revealed that tellurium substitution enhanced the superconducting critical temperatures, where Tc\u2081 increased from 128 K at x = 0 to 137 K at x = 0.3, while Tc\u2082 increased from 134.3 K to 142.6 K, with a slight decrease at x = 0.4.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1848\">Dielectric measurements also showed improved energy storage and dissipation properties, with optimal performance observed at x = 0.3, where the real dielectric constant (\u03b5\u2032) increased while the imaginary dielectric constant (\u03b5\u2033) and energy loss decreased, indicating potential applications in high-temperature superconducting materials.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1850\" data-end=\"1951\">The thesis committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. <strong data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"1930\">Abdul Karim Dahash Ali Muhimid<\/strong>, with membership of:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1953\" data-end=\"2026\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1j25gqd\" data-start=\"1953\" data-end=\"1996\">Assist. Prof. Dr. <strong data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"1994\">Hazim Saleh Ahmed<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pq3jxr\" data-start=\"1997\" data-end=\"2026\">Dr. <strong data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2024\">Khudair Ali Saleh<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2028\" data-end=\"2107\">And under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. <strong data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2106\">Mahmood Ahmed Hamoud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2447\">The results highlight the potential use of these materials in several technological applications, including precision electronic devices, high-sensitivity sensors, magnetic levitation (Maglev) trains, and medical equipment such as MRI systems, in addition to supporting the development of advanced materials and clean energy technologies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2449\" data-end=\"2524\">This research aligns with several Sustainable Development Goals, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2642\">\n<li data-section-id=\"mys2tn\" data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2564\">SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"cq7q5o\" data-start=\"2565\" data-end=\"2615\">SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1na5yqt\" data-start=\"2616\" data-end=\"2642\">SDG 13: Climate Action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2644\" data-end=\"3035\">On behalf of the Dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. <strong data-start=\"2703\" data-end=\"2725\">Hiyam Adel Ibrahim<\/strong>, the Head of the Department of Physics, Assist.
