This accomplishment represents a significant contribution to studies related to the bioremediation of environmental pollutants.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"805\">The achievement was carried out by Prof. Dr. <strong data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"599\">Amjad Abdulhadi Mohammed<\/strong>, Head of the Department of Biology, and Prof. Dr. <strong data-start=\"650\" data-end=\"675\">Hadeel Ahmed Al-Omari<\/strong>, the Department Rapporteur, in collaboration with MSc student <strong data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"766\">Momin Munhel Abdul Salam<\/strong>. The registered bacterial strains are:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"985\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1c4ep4y\" data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"865\"><em data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"828\">Bacillus subtilis<\/em> B1 \u2014 Accession No.: <strong data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"863\">PZ097285.1<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"v0qtc2\" data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"924\"><em data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"887\">Bacillus subtilis<\/em> B2 \u2014 Accession No.: <strong data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"922\">PZ097286.1<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1cbg7jv\" data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"985\"><em data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"950\">Bacillus halotolerans<\/em> B3 \u2014 Accession No.: <strong data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"985\">PZ097287.1<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1354\">These strains were isolated from plastic-contaminated soils in Mosul city.
