The films were fabricated using the <strong>chemical spray pyrolysis method<\/strong>, with various deposition parameters being systematically modified.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The results demonstrated an improvement in crystallinity and variations in the optical band gap depending on the deposition conditions, indicating a clear relationship between the structural characteristics and optical properties of the films. The study also highlighted the potential applicability of this system in <strong>solar cells, diodes, and photodetector technologies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The examination committee was chaired by <strong>Professor Dr. Yahya Abdul Karim Salman<\/strong>, and included <strong>Assistant Professor Dr. Idrees Aidan Ghadeer<\/strong> and <strong>Assistant Professor Dr. Rana Ziyad Abdul Fattah<\/strong> as members. The thesis was supervised by <strong>Assistant Professor Dr. Abdulkhaliq Ayoub Sulaiman<\/strong>, who also served as a committee member.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The research aligns with several <strong>United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong>, particularly:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>SDG 7:<\/strong> Affordable and Clean Energy<\/li>\n<li><strong>SDG 9:<\/strong> Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure<\/li>\n<li><strong>SDG 13:<\/strong> Climate Action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">through its contribution to scientific research in clean energy technologies and advanced materials.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">At the conclusion of the defense, the committee commended the thesis for its high scientific quality and significant findings in the fields of <strong>advanced materials physics, nanotechnology, and semiconductor science<\/strong>, emphasizing its practical applicability in industrial and technological sectors, particularly in <strong>optoelectronic devices and renewable energy technologies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The College of Science extends its best wishes to its
