In the framework of enhancing academic cooperation and supporting the scientific research process, Assistant Professor Dr. Saadoun Hussein Abdullah, Teaching at the Physics Department of the Faculty of Science \u2013 University of Mosul, participated<\/span> in<\/span> the membership of the committee to discuss the master’s thesis submitted by the student Firas<\/span> Abdullah<\/span> Mahmoud<\/span>, tagged<\/span>: \u201cDesign<\/span> and evaluation<\/span> of adaptive Smart<\/span> s-boxes<\/span> for system resource-based block encryption algorithms<\/span>\u201d The discussion<\/span> took<\/span> place on Thursday, July 30, 2026, in the discussion hall at the Faculty of Computer Science and mathematics at the University of Mosul, in the presence of a group of professors and researchers.<\/span> The message<\/span> addressed<\/span> the design<\/span> and evaluation<\/span> of smart<\/span> and adaptive<\/span> S<\/span>-Boxes<\/span> used<\/span> in block<\/span> encryption<\/span> algorithms<\/span>, relying<\/span> on system resources, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of encryption systems and raising the level of protection and cybersecurity, in line with modern developments in the field of Information Security.<\/span> The discussion<\/span> witnessed<\/span> a thorough<\/span> scientific<\/span> dialogue<\/span> about<\/span> the themes of the thesis and its results, and ended with its approval after meeting the approved scientific requirements.<\/span> The participation of assistant professor Dr. Saadoun Hussein Abdullah in the scientific committees reflects<\/span> the academic<\/span> status<\/span> enjoyed<\/span> by the Faculty of science teachers, and their active role in supporting graduate studies and enhancing scientific cooperation between the faculties of the University.<\/span> The Deanship of the Faculty of science extends<\/span> its best<\/span> wishes<\/span> to its full-time employees for success, and for the researcher to achieve more excellence in his scientific career.<\/span><\/p>\n
