A year of giving and<\/span> volunteering<\/span>\u2026 In a new achievement that embodies its commitment to its community mission as well as its academic mission, the Faculty of science at the University of Mosul has achieved the second place in the annual evaluation of volunteer activities at the level of university colleges, in recognition of its outstanding efforts in implementing volunteer initiatives and activities during the academic year.<\/span> This achievement comes as a result of the continuous efforts exerted by the volunteer work unit at the College, which has adopted the implementation of many voluntary, humanitarian, awareness-raising and service activities and initiatives, which contributed to consolidating the culture of community work and enhancing the role of the University in community service and developing the spirit of responsibility among students.<\/span> This<\/span> distinction<\/span> also reflects<\/span> the amount<\/span> of efforts<\/span> exerted<\/span> by the Deanship of the college, its affiliates and students in actively participating in volunteer initiatives, which contributed to achieving this achievement and consolidating the college’s position among the University’s colleges in the field of volunteer work and community service.<\/span> On this occasion, the Deanship of the College of science, represented by the dean of the College, Mrs. Dr. Hiam Adel Ibrahim, extends her sincere congratulations and appreciation to all members of the college and its students, appreciating their sincere efforts and spirit of cooperation that had a great impact in achieving this achievement, and affirming the college’s continued support for voluntary initiatives and promoting a culture of giving and teamwork to serve the community and keep pace with the vision of the University of Mosul in achieving sustainable development.<\/span><\/p>\n
