September 1, 2026.<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"309:7\">The study<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"304:4\">aimed<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"321:170\">to determine the level of hyperexpression of the HK2 gene in women with breast cancer, clarify the possible regulatory role of miRNA molecules, in particular miR-143 and miR-155, and their relationship with the expression of the HK2 gene.<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"492:3\">It<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"496:3\">also sought<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"504:5\">to assess<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"510:3\">the role<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"514:3\">of some<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"546:3\">non<\/span><span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"550:6\">-coding<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"539:6\">RNA<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"518:7\">regulators<\/span><span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"558:3\">, including<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"569:7\">lncRNAs<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"577:9\">and circRNAs<\/span><span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"588:8\">, and their relationship<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"597:6\">to the regulation<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"611:187\">of glycolysis associated with the HK2 gene in breast cancer, as well as to study the Association of some genetic variants, including single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and copy number variations (CNVs), with susceptibility to breast cancer.<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"802:333\">The level of gene expression of the studied indicators was determined using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) technology, while the levels of CA15-3 and CF-DNA were measured by appropriate laboratory methods, statistical analyzes were also carried out to assess the relationship between the studied molecular indicators and breast cancer, along with assessing their diagnostic efficiency using ROC curve analysis.<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1139:20\">The results of the study showed<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1160:7\">the<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1168:6\">possibility of adopting<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1175:3\">a number<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1182:12\">of ncRNA molecules<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1217:8\">The associated<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1208:8\">molecular<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1198:9\">indicators<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1230:7\">are<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1244:5\">promising<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1238:5\">biomarkers<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1250:170\">for breast cancer diagnosis, as well as their contribution to understanding the molecular mechanisms regulating the disease, enhancing the opportunities for developing more accurate diagnostic tools and paving the way for future therapeutic prospects based on Molecular Medicine.<\/span> <span class=\"YPkS7KbdpWfGdYKd3QB9\" data-src-align=\"1424:189\">The discussion
