The women’s Affairs Committee at the Faculty of Science, in cooperation with the women’s Affairs Unit at the presidency of Mosul University and the Student Activities Division \/ volunteer work unit, held an awareness campaign to distribute brochures entitled “Family upbringing and the role of women in preparing generations through modern educational methods”, on Sunday, September 27, 2026, in the life sciences department and the gardens of the Student Center.<\/span> The campaign witnessed the participation of assistant teacher Alain Moufak Khalil, assistant teacher Maha Khaled Abdel Amir, assistant teacher Nour Al-Huda Ahmed Mohamed Taher, and Mrs. Fatima essameddine Salah.<\/span> The campaign<\/span> aimed<\/span> to enhance<\/span> family<\/span> awareness<\/span> by introducing<\/span> modern methods of Education based<\/span> on dialogue<\/span> and listening<\/span>, positive<\/span> reinforcement<\/span>, and education by good example, instead of traditional methods, as well as highlighting the pivotal role of women in instilling moral values in children, providing a safe family environment, ensuring the balanced use of technology, and developing children’s skills.<\/span> The campaign<\/span> also focused<\/span> on the importance of building a self-confident, responsible and creative generation with the skills and values that qualify them to contribute to building society and creating a better future.<\/span> This campaign is part<\/span> of the College of science’s efforts<\/span> to enhance<\/span> family and community awareness<\/span>, and support<\/span> initiatives<\/span> that contribute<\/span> to<\/span> achieving<\/span> the Sustainable<\/span> Development<\/span> Goals<\/span>, in particular<\/span> 3<\/span>\u060c 4<\/span>\u060c 5<\/span>\u060c 10<\/span>\u060c 16<\/span>\u060c 17<\/span>. We wish<\/span> the organizers and participants of the campaign success, and more giving and excellence in community service<\/span><\/p>\n
