Within the framework of enhancing scientific and academic cooperation between Iraqi universities, Professor Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Mohammed Amin al \u2013 Haj, a lecturer at the Department of Earth and petroleum sciences at the Faculty of science-Mosul University, participated in the membership of the doctoral dissertation discussion Committee at the Faculty of science, Salah al-Din University, on Thursday, October 1, 2026.<\/span> The committee<\/span> discussed<\/span> the thesis<\/span> tagged<\/span> “Sedimentology<\/span> and Sequence geography of Lower Jurassic Formations in Selected Sections from Iraqi Kurdistan Region \u2013 Northern Iraq”, submitted by doctoral student Irfan Shaaban Asaad.<\/span> On behalf<\/span> of<\/span> the<\/span> dean<\/span> of the Faculty of Science A.<\/span>Dr<\/span>. Abdul Karim Yassin Karim, the<\/span> assistant dean for Scientific Affairs, presented<\/span> a letter<\/span> of thanks<\/span> and appreciation to Professor Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Mohammed Amin al-Haj, in appreciation of his participation in the discussion of the thesis and his taking the trouble to travel to participate in the scientific committee.<\/span> The participation of the Faculty of science teachers in scientific discussions outside the University comes as a confirmation of their academic presence and their contribution to supporting scientific research, enhancing scientific cooperation and exchanging experiences between Iraqi higher education institutions.<\/span> We wish<\/span> the professors<\/span> and teachers of our college continued success, giving and scientific excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n
