Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences, Prof. Dr Manal Raafat Khalid, the Department of Hotel Studies organised a scientific workshop entitled “Training and Equipping Hotel Employees” on Thursday, October 23, 2025, in one of the college halls. The assistant presented the workshop, which was led by Lecturer Hiba Khalid Bakr, the rapporteur of the Department of Hotel Studies. The workshop addressed key topics related to the preparation and qualification of hotel employees, focusing on guest interaction skills, professional service delivery methods, and the importance of field training in enhancing the efficiency of personnel working in this vital sector.
