The College of Tourism Sciences, in collaboration with the Center for Continuing Education, organized the course. The first day featured a lecture by the Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Naif Mahmoud highlighted the importance of employing artificial intelligence in tourism. This was followed by a lecture by Asst.Lec. Huda Abdulaziz titled "Hospitality Services," where she reviewed key concepts and modern trends in enhancing service quality in the hospitality sector.
