Owing to this city\u2019s exceptional character and cultural richness, the <strong>College of Tourism Sciences<\/strong> was established to prepare qualified professionals who will contribute to sustainable tourism development.<\/h4>\n<h4>The idea to found this institution emerged in alignment with the College\u2019s mission to offer high-quality academic education that bridges theory and practice and in pursuit of its goals to support the national economy by supplying the tourism and hospitality sectors with highly competent graduates. It now stands as a cornerstone in building the future of tourism in Iraq.<\/h4>\n<h4>Recognising tourism as a promising industry capable of driving economic growth and fostering cultural exchange, the <strong>College of Tourism Sciences<\/strong> was inaugurated at the <strong>University of Mosul<\/strong> during the <strong>2018\u20132019 academic year. This marked<\/strong>\u00a0the beginning of an ambitious academic journey aimed at empowering Nineveh with a new generation of tourism professionals.<\/h4>\n<h4>Since its establishment\u2014the first of its kind in northern Iraq\u2014the College has been committed to preparing students with the scientific knowledge, practical training, and professional skills necessary to succeed in various tourism and hospitality institutions.
