Prof. Dr. Manal Abdul Jabbar Al-Sammak, Head of the Hotel Studies Department, and Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdullah Hussein, a department faculty member, participated in this conference.<\/p>\n<p>Held in Erbil on Thursday, April 25th, 2024, their participation included presenting two papers. The first, presented by Dr. Manal, was titled &#8220;Measures to Combat Harassment in Communities.&#8221; In contrast, the second, presented by Dr. Alaa, addressed the topic of &#8220;Physical Violence Against Working Women and Its Impact on Their Development and Sustainability.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The conference aimed to discuss a critically important topic: achieving gender equality.
