Faculty members from the Departments of Tourism Studies and Hospitality Studies discussed the summer training reports of fourth-year students, where the overall performance of students during the training period was evaluated. The reports highlighted significant progress in acquiring practical skills in the fields of tourism and hospitality.<\/p>\n

The importance of summer training in enhancing students’ skills was emphasized, as it serves as a bridge linking theoretical education with practical application. It provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on field experience, which helps prepare them to adapt to labor market requirements and better equips them to face future professional challenges.<\/p>\n

In this context, proposals were made to organize additional workshops and training courses to guide students during upcoming summer training periods. These initiatives aim to improve effective communication skills, maximize the benefits of the summer training experience, and enhance their ability to succeed in their future professional careers.<\/p>\n

This activity aligns with Goal 8 of the Sustainable Development Goals (Decent Work and Economic Growth), which promotes productive employment and skill development opportunities for young people, contributing to sustainable economic growth through qualified and well-trained graduates ready for the job market.<\/p>\n
