The course was held in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit and the Presidency of the University of Mosul \/ Department of Studies and Planning \/ Sustainable Development Unit.<\/p>\n<p>On its first day, the course included a lecture delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Ikram Falih Ahmed, entitled <em>\u201cThe Legal Value of the Code of Conduct for Public Service.\u201d<\/em> In her lecture, she reviewed the legal frameworks regulating the behavior of public employees, emphasizing the importance of adhering to professional and ethical standards in reducing corruption.
