All strains carried virulence genes for Shiga toxins 1 and 2 (STX1, STX2), as well as the Fimh gene, which encodes an adhesion protein that facilitates bacterial attachment to host cells\u2014playing a critical role in infection development and immune system evasion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thesis Committee Members<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prof. Dr. Mohammed Ali Hamad \u2013 Chair (University of Mosul)<\/li>\n<li>Ms. Somaya Yassin Abdullah \u2013 Member (University of Mosul)<\/li>\n<li>Asst.
