Prof. Hadeel Basim Thanoon<\/strong>, was discussed on <strong>Monday, 20 July 2026<\/strong> at the Department of Pathology and Poultry Diseases, College of Veterinary Medicine.<\/p>\n<p>The examination committee consisted of the following members:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prof. Hanaa Ismail Khalil<\/strong> (College of Veterinary Medicine \u2013 University of Mosul) \u2013 Chair<\/li>\n<li><strong>Asst. Prof. Firas Mohammed Abed<\/strong> (College of Veterinary Medicine \u2013 University of Mosul) \u2013 Member<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lecturer Nawar Ali Jasim<\/strong> (College of Veterinary Medicine \u2013 University of Tikrit) \u2013 Member<\/li>\n<li><strong>Asst. Prof. Hadeel Basim Thanoon<\/strong> (College of Veterinary Medicine \u2013 University of Mosul) \u2013 Member and Supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The results demonstrated the superiority of the <strong>Coenzyme Q10 group<\/strong> and the <strong>combination group<\/strong> in improving production performance parameters and feed conversion ratio compared to the insecticide\u2011exposed group and the control group. Hematological parameters, antioxidant measurements, and stress indices reflected clear positive improvements in blood cell counts in the Coenzyme Q10 group relative to the insecticide group.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, gene expression analysis revealed age\u2011dependent variations, showing an <strong>inverse expression pattern<\/strong> of <strong>PPAR\u2011\u03b1<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the first slaughter age, PPAR\u2011\u03b1 levels decreased.<\/li>\n<li>In the second slaughter age, PPAR\u2011\u03b1 levels increased.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These findings indicate differential stimulatory effects of the treatments on PPAR\u2011\u03b1 expression.<\/p>\n<p>Histopathological examination and internal organ weights also showed improved pathological changes in both treated groups, with reduced severity compared to the control and insecticide groups.
