            3. Create a research unit to study the feasibility of investing in aquatic resources (e.g., fish culture) in Mosul Dam Lake.<\/li>\n
            4. Coordinate studies and research on dams and water resources with research centers and universities in neighboring countries.<\/li>\n
            5. Ensure responsible authorities monitor and maintain Tigris River water quality in Mosul.<\/li>\n
            6. Evaluate groundwater quantity and quality west of Mosul and define appropriate uses.<\/li>\n
