Water Resources Research.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct a comprehensive hydrogeological and rainfall\u2011harvesting assessment of West Mosul to incorporate into the governorate\u2019s water\u2011management budget.<\/li>\n<li>Launch media, educational, and religious outreach programs to promote water\u2011conservation practices across all community segments.<\/li>\n<li>Convene joint symposia between the Center and the Ministries of Water Resources and Agriculture to showcase modern irrigation technologies for areas facing water scarcity.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a water\u2011pricing framework to discourage wasteful consumption and safeguard this national resource.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>(\u201cState agencies\u201d refers to: Ministry of Water Resources and its directorates;
