Mosul<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Assistant Professor Dr. <strong>Yousif Hashim Abdullah<\/strong>, respected Director of the Center, participated along with a number of the teaching staff\u2014including the <strong>Head of Scientific Affairs<\/strong>, the <strong>Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit<\/strong>, and the <strong>Chair of the Scientific Committee<\/strong>\u2014in the scientific workshop organized by the <strong>Department of Studies and Planning at the Presidency of the University of Mosul<\/strong>, in cooperation with the <strong>College of Administration and Economics<\/strong>, entitled:<br \/>\n<strong>\u201cPreparing the Strategic Plan for Colleges and Centers.\u201d<\/strong> The workshop was held in the discussion hall of the college.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop addressed several key topics, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The concept of the <strong>strategic model<\/strong> and its importance in the university environment.<\/li>\n<li>Formulating the <strong>vision, mission, and objectives<\/strong> in a measurable and trackable manner.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting an <strong>environmental analysis<\/strong> using the SWOT methodology to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.<\/li>\n<li>Converting plans into <strong>implementation programs and projects<\/strong> with mechanisms for
