The Dams and Water Resources Research Center \u2013 University of Mosul<\/strong> participated in the dialogue sessions held as part of the First International Book Fair at the University of Mosul<\/strong>, hosted in the Central Library Events Hall<\/strong> on Saturday, November 1, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The dialogue session was titled:
\n\u201cSustainable Development through Geodiversity \u2013 Mosul City as a Model,\u201d<\/strong>
\nand was presented by Prof. Dr. Hadeer Ghazi Mohammed<\/strong> from the Center, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman Ramzi Quba<\/strong>, Director of the Remote Sensing Center, participating in the presentation.<\/p>\n

The lecture highlighted the importance of geodiversity in promoting sustainable development<\/strong>, focusing on the natural and environmental potential of Mosul City<\/strong> and the role of geological and water studies<\/strong> in supporting urban planning and protecting natural resources.
