The program content addressed the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Concepts and frameworks for <strong>integrated water resources management (IWRM)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrated management of groundwater and surface water<\/strong> under climate change conditions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Operation management of dams<\/strong> to achieve optimal water utilization.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Global challenges in water management<\/strong>, balancing resource scarcity with increasing demand pressures.<\/li>\n<li>The role of <strong>artificial intelligence in water resources management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The program also focused on enabling participants to <strong>select appropriate strategies for integrated water resources management<\/strong>, address the effects of climate change\u2014especially drought\u2014and develop skills to <strong>overcome challenges related to water scarcity<\/strong>, including the adoption of <strong>modern technologies for effective management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This program is part of the Center\u2019s ongoing efforts to <strong>support state institutions and enhance the technical capacities of their staff<\/strong>,
