As part of the University of Mosul\u2019s efforts to raise awareness of human rights culture and instill the principles of justice and human dignity in the academic environment<\/strong>, our Center, in cooperation with the Human Rights Unit at the University Presidency<\/strong>, organized a workshop on Sunday, December 14, 2025<\/strong>, entitled:
\n\u201cThe Universal Declaration of Human Rights: Enduring Values for a Changing World.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The workshop was presented by Asst. Lecturer Mustafa Mushtaq Mohammed<\/strong> and Mr. Ubaida Muthanna Adel<\/strong>, liaison officer of the Human Rights Unit at the University Presidency, and was attended by a number of faculty members and researchers.<\/p>\n

The workshop aimed to introduce the core principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights<\/strong>, highlight its importance amid rapidly changing global conditions<\/strong>, and discuss ways to promote a human rights culture<\/strong> while linking it to sustainable development and social responsibility concepts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
