Purpose \/ Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">The University of Mosul seeks to foster an educational and professional environment rooted in equality, where women are granted their full rights to participate, innovate, and advance. The purpose of this policy is to protect women from all forms of gender-based discrimination or bias and to ensure that they enjoy the same opportunities, rights, and privileges as men. By doing so, the University aims to reinforce justice and strengthen the fabric of its academic community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"781\">3. Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">This policy applies to all components of the university community: students, faculty, staff, visitors, and collaborators. It encompasses academic, administrative, and research activities, in addition to student and social events held on or off campus whenever conducted in the University\u2019s name.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1116\"><strong data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1114\">4.
