Purpose \/ Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">This policy aims to establish an educational and professional environment free from all forms of harassment, ensuring human dignity, mutual respect, trust, and a sense of belonging. Its primary objective is to protect all individuals from unacceptable behaviors that may endanger their physical or psychological safety, or cause them to feel insulted, intimidated, or threatened.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"643\">3. Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">This policy applies to all members of the University of Mosul community, including students, faculty, administrative and technical staff, contractors, and visitors. It covers all academic, administrative, and social activities organized by the University, both on and off campus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\" data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"962\"><strong data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"960\">4.
