Purpose \/ Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">This policy aims to foster a fair, safe, and inclusive educational and working environment where all individuals have equal opportunities, diversity is respected in all its forms, and all kinds of discrimination are actively prevented.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"562\">3. Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">The policy applies to all students, faculty members, administrative and technical staff, visitors, as well as local and international partners engaged with the university or participating in its activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\" data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"808\"><strong data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"806\">4.
