Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations\/ the Francophony Corner, in cooperation with College of Political Sciences organized a seminar featuring Prof. Fabrese Balanche of Université Lumière Lyon 2, a speaker, in the hall of the ICFI, Mosul on October 7th, 2021.The seminar, titled (Iraq & The Pivot of Crises), took on the political regime governing Iraq, the local, regional and international factors affecting its stability, the conveniency of reconstructing war-destroyed areas, and the possibility of Iraq’s participation in the big International economic and strategic projects like the land and marine Silk Road.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
