Under auspices and in presence of Rector Qusay Al-Ahmedy, Department of Mining of College of Oil Engineering and Mining, University of Mosul holds a forum titled (Mines and Crudes Mining in Iraq) in the university\u2019s Scientific and Literary Club on December 12, 2020. The event was attended by Rector\u2019s Assistant for Scientific Affairs, a number of deans of colleges and staff and other interested figures. The opening lecture which was delivered by Dr. Mujahid Abdilwahid Al-Naqib, was titled \u2018Mining Geology and its Techniques.\u2019 The schedule of the forum included three lectures: -Prospects of Extracting and Manufacturing the Sulphur of Al-Mishraq. -Economic Crudes in Iraq and How to Benefit of Them. -Exploiting Mines and Quarries in Cement Industry.
