The Department of Life Sciences at the College of Science, University of Mosul, organized a workshop on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, titled “Drugs and Their Impact on Human Health.” The session was presented by Prof. Dr. Muntaha Mahmoud Daoud Al-Qattan, Assistant Prof. Dr. Najah Sobhi Nayef, and Assistant Prof. Dr. Marwa Hashim Daoud.<\/p>\n

The workshop discussed the effects of drugs on various body systems, providing a scientific explanation of addiction’s harms and its different types.<\/p>\n

The event aimed to shed light on the health and psychological dangers of drug use, raise awareness about the consequences of addiction, and explore prevention methods to build a more informed society and protect future generations.<\/p>\n
