The session was attended in part by Prof. Munir Salem Taha, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>The study, presented by Hind Khalid Salman Khudair from the Department of Chemistry, focused on developing indirect spectrophotometric analytical methods to estimate:<\/p>\n<p>1. Cefixime trihydrate using oxidation and decolorization reactions of magenta dye in the first method and oxidation reactions in the presence of para-anisidine in the second method.<\/p>\n<p>2. Methyldopa using oxidative coupling reactions with ferric nitrate and mesalazine as a reagent.<\/p>\n<p>3.
