The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi received the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Russia to Baghdad, Mr. Elbrus Kutrashev, and his accompanying delegation.<\/p>\n
The Minister of Education stressed the importance of bilateral academic relations and the development of their contexts in light of the areas of understanding, cooperation and common interest between universities in accordance with the scientific requirements according to which the institutions of the two friendly countries operate.<\/p>\n
Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi explained the direction of Iraq and its competent institutions to implement the Zero Nuclear Reactor project, which will give an important scientific momentum to train students and carry out specialized educational research in Iraqi universities.<\/p>\n
For his part, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Russia, Mr. Elbrus Kutrashev, appreciated the interest of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its institutions in scientific cooperation with Russian universities and the development of academic relations that suit the history and tradition of the relationship between Baghdad and Moscow.<\/p>\n
