Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, the University of Mosul participated in the scientific seminar entitled \u201cDiscussions in Scientific Promotions and its Instruction No. 167 of 2017 \/ Stages of initiation and completion\u201d.<\/p>\n
which was organized by Al-Hadba University. Prof. Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, Director of the Scientific Promotions Department at the University of Mosul Presidency, participated in the seminar.<\/p>\n
