Within the framework of academic cooperation and to strengthen the ties with the international scientific institutions, University of Mosul launched a joint project with Arizona State University to provide certified TESOL courses. This fully covered, $67.500 project aims at qualifying the participants to teach English as a second language by giving them the foundational principles of language teaching.The promotional class consisted of 100 students of Department of Translation, College of Arts proved to be a success. Upon completing the course, the participants are expected to manifest skill in the four major language capacities: speaking, listening, reading and writing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
