The Center for Dry and Conservation Agriculture Research at Mosul University has collaborated with Solidarit\u00e9s International to assess several farmers\u2019 fields in the Ayadiyah and Sinjar areas, with the goal of adopting conservation agriculture techniques within modern agricultural planning frameworks.<\/p>\n
This collaboration aims to transfer advanced agricultural technologies directly to the fields and support farmers in Nineveh Governorate. As part of this effort, the center participated in field visits west of Mosul on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, to evaluate land conditions and determine their readiness for planting wheat crops using no-till farming systems for the current season.<\/p>\n
This activity represents a clear model of linking scientific research with practical application, as the center leverages its expertise to serve the local community and raise awareness of sustainable agricultural practices.
