In a step that reflects the depth of the University of Mosul\u2019s scientific openness to reputable international universities, the College of Pharmacy at the University of Mosul witnessed, on Monday, January 12, 2026, the defense of the master\u2019s thesis submitted by the student Zainab Abdullah Khalil Al-Allaf, which featured joint international supervision from the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n
The thesis, entitled \u201cThe Antibacterial Effects of Beneficial Microorganisms against Pathogenic Bacteria Causing Urinary Tract Infections in an Animal Model,\u201d addressed a vital topic related to preventive medicine and alternatives to antibiotics.<\/p>\n
The examination committee consisted of a distinguished group of academics, marked by the participation and supervision of a researcher from the University of Nottingham, in addition to faculty members from the Colleges of Pharmacy and Medicine, as follows:<\/p>\n
