The University of Mosul participated in the 19th edition of the Gulf Education Exhibition, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on February 9 and 10, 2026, with wide participation from Arab and international universities and academic institutions.<\/p>\n
Representing the university, Professor Dr. Abdul Rahim Ibrahim, Assistant to the President for Scientific Affairs, along with Dr. Mohamed Abdul Malik, Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department, attended the exhibition’s events and supervised the university’s booth. They also held direct meetings with students interested in continuing their higher education and with individuals interested in higher education programs.<\/p>\n
During its participation, the university showcased its major academic programs, introduced admission procedures, scholarships, and educational opportunities available to students from various countries. It also highlighted the modern educational environment, research capabilities, and infrastructure supporting the learning process.<\/p>\n
The participation provided an opportunity for a series of meetings with representatives of universities and educational institutions, where joint cooperation opportunities and the possibility of signing academic agreements to promote knowledge exchange and scientific collaboration were discussed.<\/p>\n
The \u201cStudy in Iraq\u201d initiative also attracted significant attention from exhibition visitors, with the university emphasizing its role in supporting this initiative, which aims to attract international students and solidify the position of Iraqi universities at both regional and international levels.<\/p>\n
