In a historic step, the University of Mosul has announced a national initiative aimed at restoring and revitalizing the historic Bash Tabia Castle, one of Mosul\u2019s most iconic symbols of resilience.<\/p>\n
The President of the University, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, revealed that the university, through its Engineering Consultancy Office, will undertake the preparation of a comprehensive feasibility study for the project entirely free of charge, in addition to providing full technical supervision throughout all implementation phases, in cooperation with the Nineveh Antiquities and Heritage Inspectorate.<\/p>\n
