In a field visit aimed at assessing the current condition of the historic Bash Tabia Castle, the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, toured the castle accompanied by the Director of the Nineveh Antiquities and Heritage Inspectorate, Mr. Ruwaid Al-Laila, the Dean of the College of Archaeology, Prof. Dr. Yasmeen Abdul Karim, and the Director of the Engineering Consultancy Office, Dr. Abdullah Ismail, along with his team.<\/p>\n
The visit included on-site discussions regarding the condition of the historic site and the necessary steps for its rehabilitation. It was agreed that the university, through its consultancy office, will begin preparing a comprehensive feasibility study for the project free of charge, in addition to its commitment to undertake precise technical supervision throughout all stages of implementation, in joint cooperation with the Antiquities and Heritage Inspectorate, to ensure the preservation of this important cultural heritage according to the highest scientific standards.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
