يذكر ان إعادة التفكير في العلوم والتعليم في العراق RESI) ) هو تعاون بين جامعة الموصل وجامعة تي يو دورتموند الالمانية وجامعة كراتز النمساوية حيث نعمل منذ عام 2017 و لحد الان ، و نهدف إلى تعزيز التبادل الأكاديمي والثقافي بين جامعاتنا والمساهمة في إعادة البناء الأكاديمي وكذلك أعمال السلام والمصالحة في جامعة الموصل وفي المنطقة. يأتي تمويل أنشطتنا من هيئة التبادل الأكاديمي الألمانية

Rethink Science and Education in Iraq (RESI) is a collaboration between Uni¬ver¬sity of Mosul (Iraq), TU Dort¬mund (Germany) and Graz Uni¬ver¬sity (Austria). Working since 2017 we aim to promote academic and intercultural exchange between our universities and contribute to the academic reconstruction as well as peace and reconciliation work at the Mosul University and in the region. Funding for our activities comes from the German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst – DAAD).
