The quality assurance committee at the Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Research’s (C. AFCAR) held a scientific lecture on performance evaluation.
Assistant lecturer Nawaf Jassem mohammed, staff member at the center and head of its quality assurance committee, delivered the lecture on Monday, September 8, 2025. He outlined the mechanisms of employee performance assessment and explained the main criteria applied in the process, including professional achievement, job commitment, and both administrative and technical skills. He also highlighted the required supporting documents such as official records, academic certificates, reports, innovative ideas, and participation in scientific committees.
The session was attended by committee members agricultural assistant engineer Omar Hazim Saleh, agricultural assistant engineer Abdullah Najem alden, and assistant researcher Shaymaa Zaki Ali.
