The Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Researches organizes a scientific lecture on evaluating the performance of researcher-lecturers.
On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, the Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Researches organized a scientific lecture titled “Evaluating the Performance of Researcher-Lecturers in Research Centers and Units for the Academic Year 2024–2025.” This lecture is part of the center’s activities aimed at enhancing the quality of scientific research and developing academic performance.
The lecture discussed the adopted evaluation mechanisms and the most important criteria that contribute to raising the efficiency of researcher-lecturers, in addition to addressing the challenges facing research work in specialized centers and units and ways to overcome them to achieve the research institution’s objectives.
(Assistant Lecturer Nawaf Jassim Mohammed), (Lecturer Dr. Mahmoud Awad Hussein), (Lecturer Dr. Adnan Abd Ahmed Hilal), and (Agricultural Engineer Assistant Omar Hazem) participated in delivering the lecture. This lecture is part of the Sustainable Development Goals: Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
