Engineers from Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Researches Visit University of Mosul Nursery as Part of “Planting Mercy” Campaign.
As part of its initiatives aimed at enhancing the aesthetic and environmental character of the university campus, the University of Mosul launched a tree-planting campaign under the supervision of the Department of Media and Government Communication. The campaign seeks to instill the values of beauty and a green environment, and to affirm the role of colleges and centers in fostering a spirit of belonging and responsibility towards the university environment.
For its part, and within the framework of supporting sustainable development initiatives and promoting green spaces in academic institutions, a delegation of engineers from the Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Researches conducted a field visit to the University of Mosul nursery on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The purpose of the visit was to participate in the implementation of the tree-planting campaign, titled “Gharas Al-Rahma” (Planting Mercy).
