Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Research`s

  As part of the University of Mosul’s ongoing efforts to enhance administrative performance and improve financial services provided to its employees, the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the University Presidency, through the Committee and Unit for Annual Increment Calculation, organized a training workshop on Sunday, October 26, 2025, focusing on the mechanisms for calculating annual increments for university staff.
The workshop was attended by Mr. Mustafa Mohammed Awni, Assistant Specialist in Systems and Informatics at the Administrative and Financial Division at the Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Research’s (C.AFCAR).
The session included a detailed presentation of the main guidelines and regulations governing the increment calculation process, as well as discussions addressing the challenges faced by the specialized committees and possible solutions through direct inquiries and reference to the applicable laws and regulations.
