Specialized Team at Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Researches Prepares Greenhouses for Research Planting in Support of SDGs.
A specialized team of agricultural engineers at Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Researches commenced work on Monday, November 3, 2025, to clear weeds and prepare the plastic greenhouses (poly-tunnels). This work is part of the ongoing preparations for planting a new collection of research plants.
This initiative underscores the Research Center’s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as it contributes to several key objectives: SDG 2 (Zero Hunger): By developing modern agricultural techniques that enhance food security.
