Employee of the Month: A New Administrative Metric
As part of the administrative vision of the Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Research at the University of Mosul, a new administrative initiative titled “Employee of the Month” has been introduced on the Center’s official page. This section was added by the Media Unit to honor the exemplary employee who possesses a combination of qualities and skills that make them deserving of this recognition through outstanding performance of their duties. Additionally, the honored employee demonstrates initiative and dedication in contributing to the goals of their scientific department and the Center as a whole.
The ideal employee is expected to represent the creative energy that inspires other staff members across the department and the Center by actively working toward the realization of the Center’s vision, mission, and objectives. Furthermore, the employee must exhibit positive and constructive personal traits and maintain strong social relations with colleagues. They should enjoy professional trust from the administration; demonstrate the ability to bear responsibilities, and complete assigned tasks efficiently—serving as a role model for the entire staff.
The names of eligible employees will be published consecutively, and each month, five employees will be selected as “Employees of the Month.” One will be chosen centrally by the Director of the Center, while the remaining four will be nominated by the heads of the Center’s four departments.
