Human Resources Development Department
The department conducts economic and extension studies for the center’s development projects. It also oversees the training and development of all agricultural practitioners in Ninawa Governorate, including farmers and technicians. The department manages all existing and new farming activities, supporting the agricultural sector by creating new job opportunities for the unemployed. Additionally, the department conducts strategic planning studies for the agricultural processes in the governorate.
The department operates an audiovisual laboratory, and produces various materials including extension bulletins, educational posters, and instructional agricultural videos.
Objectives of the department:
– Conducting strategic planning studies for the agricultural process in the governorate.
– Conducting extension studies to assess strengths and weaknesses in developmental programs.
– Conducting economic studies for proposed developmental projects.
– Implementing training courses to develop the skills of agricultural department staff and farmers.
– Issuing specialized agricultural extension bulletins.
– Documenting the Center’s activities through print, audio, and visual media.
