Legal and Administrative Affairs Division
The Legal and Administrative Affairs Division in our department undertakes the following tasks:
- Participating in disciplinary committees for students who violate dormitory rules.
- Organizing, maintaining, and archiving employee files for permanent, contract, and daily wage staff.
- Managing and following up on official employee transactions (promotions, service additions, degree additions), drafting and following up on correspondence received from the university presidency, providing support letters for staff, monitoring staff leaves (regular, sick, and time-bound), issuing ID cards, maintaining personal files, and submitting leave requests to the university.
- Coordinating with other administrative divisions to respond to official correspondence within designated timeframes.
- Creating databases for employees, buildings, and student numbers with regular updates.
