Composed of the following units:

- Revenues
- Posting records
- Accounts archiving
- Storage
- Fuel
The division handles salary disbursement, collects housing fees from students, manages consulting office and evening college shares, procures all needs of dormitories via the storage unit, and allocates funds for building and furniture maintenance.
