Housing Division
Housing Division
The Housing Division consists of three units: (Housing Unit, IT Unit, and Supervision Unit).
- Housing Unit:
Receives student housing requests, processes accommodation files at the beginning of the academic year, issues permanent and temporary housing orders, assigns students to dorms, attaches personal documents to their files, and issues clearance letters at the end of the academic year.
- IT Unit:
Archives student information electronically, registers students, creates statistics on student numbers (male, female), tracks data per dorm, manages IDs, and processes student info such as college, province, success/failure status (as this affects housing fees), sends lists of students to respective colleges, and issues clearance forms at year-end.
- Supervision Unit:
Supervises housing complexes in terms of cleanliness and accommodation, maintains records and IDs, communicates with supervisors, resolves issues, coordinates with the social research division, organizes sports events and seminars, monitors staff attendance, and forms committees to ensure continuous monitoring day and night throughout the academic year.
