Vision, Mission, and Objectives
Vision:
*The Department of Dormitory Affairs at the University of Mosul strives to be among the leading dormitory departments in Iraq. The directorate is determined to make its affiliated dormitories a model to be emulated by other universities.
Mission:
*The main mission of the Dormitory Directorate is to receive students from other provinces who are accepted into the undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University of Mosul, including Arab and international students. It provides them with suitable accommodation along with all necessary supplies and services to ensure their comfort and well-being. This aims to develop distinguished cadres capable of innovation and creativity in science and knowledge in service of Iraq.
Objectives:
- Apply quality standards in university housing.
- Prepare the necessary administrative staff to manage it.
- Care for students by providing an appropriate scientific and psychological environment.
- Eliminate social differences among students through their interaction in the dormitories.
- Develop and strengthen the students’ personalities and encourage them through activities held in the dormitories.
